Indiana Tech Will Launch Its Faculty and Staff Campaign on Friday, Oct. 30
October 28, 2015
Indiana Tech will launch its Faculty and Staff Campaign with a kickoff party at 3 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 30, in the Magee-O’Connor Theater.
This annual fund drive gives members of the faculty and staff the opportunity to impact change at Indiana Tech. Recognizing our 85-year history and the reinvention of the Cunningham Business Center, the theme of this year’s campaign is “Creating History, Building Futures.” The campaign will last through Friday, Nov. 13.
“Our faculty and staff have always shown a high level of commitment to this institution, and, because of that, the significance, relevance and value of an Indiana Tech education continues to rise,” said Indiana Tech president Dr. Arthur Snyder. “I thank our faculty and staff for what they do every day to help our students, and for lending support to a campaign that will impact student success for years to come.”
Last year, more than 80 percent of Indiana Tech faculty and staff participated in the campaign. This year, Dr. Snyder is rallying the Warrior Nation for 100 percent participation. “We want everyone to feel connected with this campaign. Truly, every gift matters – none is too big or too small,” he said.
To contribute to this campaign, complete and sign the pledge form that was emailed to all faculty and staff addresses on Oct. 23 and send it to Lisa Biers, director of annual fund, no later than Friday, Nov. 13. You can also donate online.
Regular emails will be sent to faculty and staff, updating them on the progress of the campaign. A celebration party will be held on the Fort Wayne campus on Friday, Nov. 13, at 4 p.m. in Seitz 207. Dates and times for celebrations at regional campuses will be announced soon. If you have questions about this year’s campaign, contact Lisa Biers at 260.422.5561, ext. 2438, or email@example.com.
